Scaled ArgoCD to deploy thousands of applications across EKS, GKE and AKS, cutting roughly 20 minutes of rollout latency per application through Helm chart upgrades and controller tuning.
Built an AI agent that carries out infrastructure upgrades inside customer maintenance windows, halving the human time each one costs.
Architected release-management tooling that tracks per-tenant deployment state across the fleet, replacing unverified upstream rollouts with auditable ring status.
Shipped a domain-switch workflow coordinating DNS, secrets and ingress changes, collapsing a multi-hour manual runbook into one operation.
Built internal MCP servers for Grafana, vCluster and other systems so agentic workflows could read real infrastructure state instead of guessing.

Took on-demand infrastructure provisioning from roughly a 50% success rate to consistently above 90% month over month, by fixing Terraform modules and making bootstrap jobs idempotent; moving the flow to Crossplane took it to 100%.
Owned development and review for Atlan's internal developer portal (Vue.js and Go), used across engineering, sales and customer teams, and established it as the source of truth for tenant metadata.
Raised that service's test coverage to 75%, taking recurring regressions to zero.
Wrote a Temporal workflow tracking cloud resource quota with Prometheus metrics and Grafana alerting, catching provisioning and scale-up failures before exhaustion.
